Subject :- Temporary Closure of Office due to COVID-19 Pandemic.
We have worked determinedly serving our customers’ requirements despite various operational impediments during last two weeks. I am immensely proud of the way my team has adapted to the current situation, juggling their lives to the best of their abilities.
We are constantly monitoring the evolving situation around COVID-19 pandemic which is having a significant impact on all of us. The Health, Safety and Well-being of our customers, our employees and the community remains top priority during these unprecedented times. Accordingly, We have decided to keep our offices closed for a further period of 10 days from 18th April 2020 to support the efforts of UAE Government and Dubai’s Supreme Committee of Crisis & Disaster Management which has been taking extraordinary measures to combat and limit the spread of highly contagious virus.
This decision of ours taken primarily for the health & safety of everyone around us may affect our present committed work and delivery schedules. Our dedicated team will stay in touch with all our clients, contractors & suppliers handling all their queries via virtual communications through emails and phone.
We are committed in providing exceptional services without compromising quality and overall customer satisfaction. We re-assure you that every effort shall be made to make-up for the time lost during this course of action and humbly request your support.
